Authentic HK416 (AR416)
This mod turns the fictional “AR416” into a realistic HK416A5.
5 HK416 variants are included:
Base – “Standard” HK416 black version.
Tan CAG Style – Tan receiver, handguard, and stock.
Tan Handguard.
Tan Handguard, Tan Stock.
Tan Handguard, Green Stock.
Please note that this mod doesn’t include any Monolith versions. These were included in the original mod.
Another difference from the original mod is that I removed any fake manufacturer’s markings from both the UI and the in-game textures.
Specifically:
The UI (backpack and upgrade screen) won’t have any references to the fictional “TC ARMOURY” and “WAXXAW” brands.
The in-game model won’t have the “WAXXAW” logo on the pistol grip, although this was barely visible to begin with.
As you can tell, I don’t really like fake manufacturers in games. I’d rather the developers didn’t include any logos at all if they are not allowed to reference the real manufacturers.
Installation
Mod Manager (MO2/Vortex)
1. Download ONE variant.
2. Install & enable.
Manual
1. Extract ONE variant’s `.pak`, `.utoc`, `.ucas` files.
2. Drop them in `…\Stalker2\Content\Paks\mods\`
(Create `mods` if it’s missing.)
Uninstallation
delete or disable the same files.
