Better NPC Weapon Drops v1.0.4
The weapons dropped by NPCs may be in a better condition than is usual, with some being nearly new.
It’s always seemed odd that NPCs, who were blasting away at you moments before, have been using nearly ruined weapons. This gives a much wider spread in the condition of the weapons that they drop, meaning that some will be in a worse condition than before, whilst others might be nearly new.
It can seem that the mod is having no effect as the dropped condition now has a wider spread – but it evens out over time.
