You can now smoke a cigarette in The Zone.
DESCRIPTION
This is part of Lootable Zone mod, but some of you asked to see it as a standalone mod. So here it is. Cigarettes in The Zone, you can now smoke with your fellow stalkers at a campfire. I don’t think it needs much describing.
INSTALLATION
Drop the .pak, .utoc and .ucas in your \S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Heart of Chornobyl\Stalker2\Content\Paks\~mods. Create the ~mods folder if it doesn’t exist. Install the Localization (not the raw one) in the same location if you want texts. Localization includes OXA.
FAQ
– “Where do I get the cigarettes?” You can buy them from generic traders and medical traders, they have three different types. They can also drop in stashes, or in corpses.
– “The animation is so fast wtf.” Yes, the Zone Kit at the moment has a problem with first person animations longer than 10 seconds. So I cannot make it longer for the moment being.
– “How does it work?” Get a pack of cigarettes, double click on it, or Use it, to open the pack. You get a random amount of cigarettes. Use one to smoke it.
– “Can you make it so that I require a lighter?” I am working on it.
COMPATIBILITY
This mod uses bpatch method to patch over generators for traders, stashes and corpse loot. Thus it should be compatible with everything. (1.7 note: atm there’s an issue with the game, which may make the game crash if two mods bpatch the same generators, GSC has to fix this).
