Added the idea of a siren at the start of the Emission.
Story
The SIRCAA staff know that stalkers in the Zone are usually warned about the start of Emissions by those who control a given territory under Agreement D-4. Therefore, to improve safety and awareness for all stalkers in the Chernobyl Anomalous Zone, it was decided — through negotiations between all factions — to install Sirens that would alert stalkers about an incoming Emission. These sirens have remained inactive ever since Major Degtyarev completed his mission and left for Prypiat as an Security service of Ukraine representative.
