Stalker 2 Visuals Improved (Reshade) v1.0
Warmer palette, better clarity, deeper blacks, and improved contrast.
A very simple reshade preset focused on making the game look less like a UE5 game and more like a cohesive Stalker game.
It has a rusted essence to it and i can’t play the game without these color changes now.
I’m uploading this just in case anyone wants to try it out.
Originally based on Clikrads reshade, i kept messing around with it and came up with my own thing.
Big thanks to him for the base of this preset and of course to GSC for a beautiful game.
Installation is simple.
If you haven’t used reshade before i recommend watching a youtube video to learn all about it, but to put it simply,
Download reshade from here, click download.
Open the .exe and find your stalker 2 .exe file, usually located at “S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2\Stalker2\Binaries\Win64\Stalker2-Win64-Shipping.exe”
Click D3D9/10/11
Check the box that downloads all effects, and done!
Next extract my .ini file and place it in the same location where the stalker 2 .exe is “S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2\Stalker2\Binaries\Win64\(place my .ini file here)”
Click on your “Home” key while in game and in the dropdown menu find my reshade and click it to load.
Thats it!
