You can get these artifacts from anomalies, or spawn them manually (requires Simple BP ModLoader):

Compatibility
This mod uses bpatch injection and should be compatible with any other mod
Installation
Unpack the .zip with a program of your liking (like 7z or similar) and then put the .pak file into your Stalker2\Content\Paks\~mods folder (if the folder is missing create it manually, the “~” is needed)
Tested on patch version 1.8.1
