Stalker Vision – Reshade –
A natural Reshade, that tries to mimic the human eye
Natural Bloom.
Soft edge blur.
Soft chromatic aberration.
Pgup is the overlay and Pgdn is toggle the effect
Originally built to fix NVG bloom in OXA’s mod pack, this setup evolved into a full visual and performance-enhancing overhaul. Designed for realism, immersion, and smoother gameplay in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2.
I’ve included Engine.ini changes in the optional section that only affect visuals — things like Lumen lighting and Eye Adaptation. One thing I discovered while digging through console commands is that r.TonemapperGamma=0 (“0”) is dynamic and leads to some insane black levels and stacks with Eye Adaptation and r.Color.Grading=1 which bugs the hell out of me even with HDR, which is why i set it to 2.1 gamma set r.EyeAdaptation.MethodOverride=2 and r.EyeAdaptation.LensAttenuation=0.2 and kept r.Color.Grading=1 “on” so now light blends and light bleeds much better which makes the game look WAY better IMO and you get, darker nights and smoother shadows and using Lumen AO instead of the default GTAO objects close to the ground or things close to each other should look like there interacting in a more realistic way.
All screenshots were taken on Medium settings with DLAA, using the custom Engine.ini and ReShade setup.
